At a time when businesses are faced with unprecedented challenges in terms of managing change and the rule of "survival of the fittest" prevails, why is it that many organizations fail to bridge the gap between HR and business leaders in addressing current business challenges and shaping the future together? How can HR increase its impact on the business, raise its credibility and claim its seat at the strategic decision-making table? What will it take to enlighten business leaders to the value HR can deliver and the knock-on cost and impact to the organization of keeping an open seat at the table?

These questions will be addressed in a panel discussion with HR leaders and CEOs from enlightened organizations where "lessons learned" will be debated and opinions on HR and business challenges from diverse organizations will be exchanged. The discussion will be moderated by Yvonne O'Reilly, Leadership Development Coach and Consultant, who will bring her extensive experience as a former international HR Director to engage the panel in examining the issues at stake.

The evening will begin at 18:00 with registration. The panel discussion will be followed by a Q&A session with the audience, led by the moderator. To close the evening, a buffet dinner will be served and as always, the opportunity to meet and discuss with your fellow Chamber Members and attendees. The evening is expected to end around 22:00.
